Time Saving Tools the ABHAB way
These are some of the tools that make my life easier and save me time.
***Please note, the time is calculated to be exact using the scientific method of guessing.
1. Turbie Twist Hair Towel
Time Saved: about 10 minutes with the hair dryer

Why I love it? - I like my hair VERY towel dried before styling. This towel soaks up a lot of water, doesn’t add bulk while applying makeup and is very affordable. They are great to take with you when you are staying at hotels too. Just make sure you bring a colored one, as the white ones will get mixed up with the other hotel towels and houskeeping may take it. This has happened to me….
Use your 20% off coupon that Bed, Bath and Beyond sends you and purchase it here.
2. Squeeze It
Time Saved: 1 minute daily

Why I love it? It helps you “push from the center” when putting toothpaste on your brush.I am VERY good at pushing from the center and using all of the paste, my fiance on the other hand is not. This helps me not get mad at him and ultimately uses more of the paste from the tube. What else could you use this for? Maybe a tube of icing??
I bought it recently at Bed, Bath and Beyond for $2.99. I am sure the dollar store has them too.
3. Liquid Dispenser
Time Saved: 2 minutes daily

Why I love it? You can use it for so many liquids and not have to bother with twisting or pouring. I love when you are at Sephora and after you put makeup on you go to the station and instantly you have remover at your fingertips! This is great for my nightly routine. I put in eye makeup remover (I use Target brand, oil free), keep it in my medicine cabinet with cotton rounds nearby. P.S. don’t fall victim of purchasing the less expensive cotton squares. Yes, they are a deal, but they leave a cotton mess on your face. This is also great for nail polish remover. Any other suggestions?
Buy it at Sephora.
4. Safety Pins on Tags
Time Saved: Multiple hours shopping for a new pair of jeans.

Why I love it? I am fortunate that I have a fiance who does his share of housework…(probably more than I do, but I will NEVER admit that). We all have our gifted areas and our not so gifted areas. Laundry is NOT his gifted area. I have lost many shirts and have had multiple pairs of jeans that wind up being too short because he puts them in the dryer. Solution: put a safety pin on the tag of the clothes you don’t want in the dryer. This will be easy for others doing your laundry, but also easy for yourself. So far, we have been successful.
5. Keurig
Time Saved: 5 minutes daily

Why I love it? I can get a cup of coffee as I leave the house. I don’t have to measure ANYTHING! I have a consistent cup of coffee daily. They have LOTS of different coffee and tea flavors (I am loving the French Toast Flavored Coffee right now). They have a device that allows you to adapt ground coffee as a K-cup so you don’t HAVE to purchase their adaptations.
You can buy them pretty much anywhere. Check out the Keurig website for more information on coffee makers and the coffees that they offer.
