Skinny Buffalo

So, I recently posted a recipe for skinny tuna. I just came across a new obsession: SKINNY BUFFALO.
- 10 oz. can of chicken breast, drained and forked to shreds
- 6 tbs. of celery (I used two stalks)
- 1 tbs. of low fat mayo (feel free to use what you want - I am not a fan of fat free)
- 1/4 cup of Frank’s Red Hot Sauce (this seems like a lot, so use the amount that satisfies your spice preference, I like mine to be real orange)
- 2 tbs. of Parmesan Cheese
- 1 tbs. of Ranch Seasoning packet
Mix together and enjoy. If divided in 2, it has about 7 WW points each. You can also reduce your points by using FF mayo, less cheese and making it 3 servings rather than 2.
I put this mixture on Ole brand tortillas. They are only 71 calories and have 5 grams of fiber. You can put pretty much anything on these, including lunchmeat, veggies, pizza sauce, you name it!
Way lower points/calories than buffalo wings and VERY delicious.
